We offer the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification and Always Food Safe Certification. The food safety training is for someone that works in the food industry and is looking for an initial certification or re-certification as a Food Protection Manager. Most importantly, both certifications the The ServSafe® Food Safety Manager’s Certification and Always Food Safe Certification training program is accepted in all states and jurisdictions that recognize standards set by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The food safety course and exam meets the Department of Health & Environmental Control(DHEC) requirements and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code.

Course

Food Protection Manager Certification training is a one-day course, a condensed version of 16 hours class. In addition, we we expect students to complete 8 hours of self-study in advance of 8 hours in the classroom.

Participants will learn how to identify risks and prevent food safety mistakes. Moreover, identify and prevent barriers to food safety.

  • Safe Food Handling Practices

Exam and Certification

To become certified you must pass a proctored exam. It is a multiple choice exam.

Exam can be taken online or printed (only ServSafe® ).

Participants will receive a certificate.

  • Study Guide, Quizzes, and Diagnostic Test (Emailed within 24 hours of registration)

  • Eight hour Classroom instruction

  • Diagnostic Test Review

  • Practice Exam

  • Proctored Exam with answer sheet
