ServSafe® Certification and Training Program

We offer the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification and Training Program. This food safety training is for someone that works in the food industry and is looking for an initial certification or re-certification as a Food Protection Manager. Most importantly, The National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Food Safety Manager’s Certification training program is accepted in all states and jurisdictions that recognize standards set by the Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The food safety course and exam meets the Department of Health & Environmental Control(DHEC) requirements and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code.


The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification is a one-day course, a condensed version of 16 hours class. In addition, we we expect students to complete 8 hours of self-study in advance of 8 hours in the classroom.

Participants will learn how to identify risks and prevent food safety mistakes. Moreover, identify and prevent barriers to food safety.

Participants are responsible to study The ServSafe® Manager 7th Edition Book before attending the training. This will help you be successful during the exam.

Exam and Certification

To become certified you must pass a proctored exam. It is a multiple choice exam with a score of 75% or higher.

Exam can be taken online or printed.

Participants will receive a certificate from the National Restaurant Association and be registered in their database. Equally important, the certificate should be renewed every five years.
