Her mission has been to work with companies and individuals, helping them build their dreams, grow their businesses, and create more fulfilling lives. She has owned three businesses, and two of her favorite ones are business coaching and the food business.

Josephina Encarnacion’s mission has been to work with companies and individuals, helping them build their dreams, grow their businesses, and create more fulfilling lives. She has owned three businesses, and two of her favorite ones are business coaching and the food business.

As part of the Small Business Administration network of resources of the United States, she has helped entrepreneurs plan their businesses to acquire financial capital. She has personally coached more than 470 clients in building successful startups and expansion and has helped raise more than $10,800,000 in capital for minority businesses.

She worked as the Director of Latino Business Resources Center for the Small Business Development Center of Pennsylvania, and she teaches Business Skills for Success at Kutztown University. She serves as a board member at the local Chamber of Commerce and is part of the Latino Business Network in Berks County. She has been part of the local city government’s management team and has served on many boards of directors.

She brings her background in human resources, business management, and entrepreneurship expertise in all of her teachings. She has two masters’ Degree, one in Business Administration from Alvernia University and another in Human Resources from Capella University. Her commitment is to make sure you do the right thing for yourself and your business.
