Classes-Registration /Inscripción – Clases
TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS:
Select the event, click Register and fill out all information. Select if you want your materials to be mailed or emailed. Click the box , “I am not a robot”, and Submit.
For Credit Card Payment, Click Pay Now. In the event, that you do not make your payment during your registration, we will send you a PayPal invoice through email.
For Check Payment: Please call us at 484-769-0034. You must mail check no later than 7 days prior to your class registration to My Source Entrepreneur at 237 Court Street, Reading PA 19601
Once we have confirmed your payment we will send you all materials that you will need through email and/or mail to prepare for the class and exam.
Registration and Fees:
Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event. Payment of classes fees may be made by check, money order or credit card.
Reschedule and Refund Policy:
Students who need to reschedule a class and exam less than 5 days before the scheduled event will be charged a $45.00 rescheduling fee. No refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled by My Source Entrepreneur due to weather, you can select another class. You must redeem your class and/or exam within 6 months.
In accordance with the American Disabilities Act and state law, you may request accommodations due to a disability by contacting the event organizer listed above. Advance notice may be necessary for some accommodations. Registration must be paid prior to accommodation requests.
